About
Mysteries and Legends of the Past
Join us for Mysteries & Legends of the Past, a not-too-spooky museum event exploring folklore, legends, and fascinating stories from history. Discover how communities shared tales, traditions, and mysteries long before movies and television.
Boone Youth Explorers is our free monthly program designed to spark curiosity and connect kids with local history through hands-on experiences.
Boone Youth Explorers is generously supported by Missouri Humanities and Missouri Arts Council. Financial assistance for this program has been provided by the City of Columbia, Office of Cultural Affairs.
